     Apple Leisure Group (ALG) is a vertically integrated travel and hospitality private equity portfolio company of KKR and KSL, the industry leader in Mexico and Caribbean vacations.


    The ALG Vacations organization includes seven distribution brands, both established and new, that market and sell vacations through travel agents and directly to the consumer.     In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage Paid Search marketing across multiple brands and platforms, with direct impact on the P&L.

    • Designing and implementing SEM campaigns for several vacation travel brands
    • Partnering with analysts and data scientists to dive deep into performance and build out new models to support optimization
    • Working closely with a media agency to optimize large Paid Search accounts, providing guidance on KPIs and optimization roadmap and closely monitoring performance
    • Working with Google and Bing representatives to gain deep understanding of new and existing product offerings and brainstorm new approaches and strategies
    • Managing campaign performance against business targets
    • Making recommendations for Paid Search budget allocation
    • Identifying and executing on growth opportunities
    • Working in Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, Google Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics 360, and Adobe Analytics
    • Working in a collaborative team environment to consistently exceed expectations


    The ideal candidate will be ready to start optimizing SEM accounts and producing results from day one.

    • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, Master’s degree appreciated
    • 4-8 years of experience in hands-on SEM management in a cutting-edge environment, either at agency or in-house
    • Significant experience creating new campaigns, writing effective ad copy, conducting keyword research and competitor research, optimizing bids, analyzing and managing performance
    •  Knowledge of Google and Bing search ads products and optimization opportunities
    • Significant experience with Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, Google Search Ads 360, Google Analytics 360 products (certification appreciated, though not required)
    • Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders
    • Familiarity with SQL, writing queries to extract data from structured databases
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Analytical mindset, strong critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication skills and be able to convey SEM strategies effectively, in spoken or written form   

    Bonus points if you also have:

    • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution
    • Familiarity with Google BigQuery
    • Familiarity with Adobe Omniture
    • SEO experience
    • Experience with landing page optimization
